In the early 2000s, I went through the detoxification process, but then I got sick again and I was in a wheelchair for a few years.
But now I am starting to get back on my feet.
So I think it’s just a matter of staying active and exercising.
I am definitely going to have to think about it.
I want to make sure that I’m eating a lot more fruits and vegetables, as well as more whole grains.
I will definitely be eating more vegetables and not being so dependent on processed foods.
I’m really looking forward to going on my first full-day fast, and my first fast that is, too.
There’s no need to feel guilty about the way I eat, and you just have to be open to change and make the most of it.
